The conception of Halifax Estate Agency Ltd. was just in the nick of time and to serve a greater cause. The late 1990’s saw the sudden rise in the demand for real estate creating a remarkable shift for the property market. However, good prospects came with a lack of proper guidance, advice, and information. Additionally, there are rising cases of illegal/fraudulent deals for clients wishing to purchase or lease land, buildings, houses, etc. Inversely, the real estate business was tarnishing its image as a service industry set to cater to clients’ needs.

Hence the birth of Halifax Estate Agency Ltd. based in the heart of Westland, Nairobi. We set about to provide genuine professional service to clients wanting to buy/sell land, houses, buildings, etc. within Nairobi and its environs. Our  aim of the company was and still is to restore the general public’s faith in the real estate business and repair the tarnished name it has suffered over the years.

The hard work, dedication, and total professionalism of our full management team have paid the company dividends. The last 20 years have seen the company carve its niche in the property market to become one of the top real estate agencies in the city.
